BayHQ is software for running a car wash, detailing studio or service center: queue management, billing, payments, loyalty, expenses, payroll and reporting. We're onboarding shops directly right now — your access is set up by us after we agree on a plan.
You're responsible for what your staff enter and do under your shop's account, and for keeping sign-in access limited to people you trust with it. You own your business data — customers, vehicles, invoices and the rest. See our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
Plans and pricing are agreed directly with us (see Pricing). We'll tell you before any price change takes effect.
Use BayHQ for your own business operations. Don't try to access another shop's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
We work to keep BayHQ reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. BayHQ is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
You can stop using BayHQ at any time — email us and we'll help you get a copy of your data and close out your account.
